Finishing Mudding were someone stopped the project and added a vent hole to existing ducting

As shown above is the first drywall mud coat was applied and tonight the last coat was applied.

This project was taken on to bring this bathroom to a point where the owners can finish painting and final sanding by themselves. Nicks in the wall were filled with drywall compound then sanded smooth to the existing painted drywall.

The owners are saving money by doing part of the project themselves so tonight my part is finished.

Ever had issues with one of your kitchen main components or have you noticed while cooking the aroma is traveling throughout the house. Have you checked to see if the vent outside is opening when you turn on your fan or do you burn scented candles to mask the cooking smells. What would hurt to check to have our representative Daniel from DDCL check out your exhaust fan? It may be cost effective to have the old one replaced with a new one or have the damper replaced could be the issue. It is through an inspection one finds the root cause of your issue.

Cleaned up the clay pile and finished putting the stairs together by the end of the day. It is kind of hard to imagine sweating outside at two degrees. Well moving a pile of clay with a shovel took some doing for sure. If you have a outdoor project that needs to get done contact Daniel at 587-597-4228.

Removal of clay for stair base, adjusted the crushed stone to lay the patio blocks. 

Cut the patio blocks as required, installed the treads and added a railing on one side then anchored the stairs down.

@DDCL, @Edmonton, Hauling away old steps to the ECO center

Started a new project where the steps were written and unsafe to walk on. The old steps were hauled to the ECO Center. The ground was dug up and a base was laid for patio blocks. 3/4" Rock was added as a base over the clay for a minimum of one and a half inches then a minimum of two inches of half inch crush rock overtop. This preparation work is now completed. Next the same step pattern will be installed.

Finished putting cedar shake on the roof and siding on one side of the gazebo. Once the chimney is installed the final shakes on the roof will be installed. Looks forward to finishing the siding tomorrow and any required modifications.
