Maintenance
As promised here is the last repair of one of the holes in the wall.
Cut the drywall back where the paper is damaged on the back. This repair does not expand from stud to stud (16").
Insert the back support then mud and tape the joint. Continue for two or three coats until the desired finish is achieved. Sand between each coat and the final coat to remove imperfections.

Maintenance
The door was broken off the hinges were broken and melamine was fractured. New hinges were purchased at IKEA and installed as close as possible to the existing mounts.
No jobs are too small and our work is guaranteed.

Have a problem with a hole in the drywall of your residence?

The drywall in these two pictures are pushed inwards and the bonding skin is broken on the back surface. The drywall could be cut into any shape. If the damaged is large cut out the drywall to reach from stud to stud which is normally on sixteen inch centres. For small holes use a stick as a back support. Next the joint is tapped and drywall is applied until the final contour is complete.

After the toilet is placed and bolted down it is time to seal the toilet.

Use the proper bathroom silicon which is paintable. For the toilet a clear silicon would not look as good as white when dried.

Trim in the bathroom have gaps at the top away from the drywall or at the floor between the floor and the trim.

The tub or shower should be sealed the same way.

Silicon seals stop infiltration of water which could cause wood rot or steel oxidation.

Ever had a project that is outside of your comfort zone! Do not know how to complete a project which is started but not completed by others. You have taken over and need to complete as quickly as possible. Tried to complete the project but the outcome is not what you expected.
Drywall missing may be one of these techniques which you may not have developed. Attached is the as found picture then completed picture.
The first step is to sand down the rough edges.
Next drywall ...mud is applied to encase the drywall crevices.
Thin layers of mud are added and sanded between passes and the room is kept warm to have faster drying times. Normally three passes are done.
In the event of inside, outside corners or joints drywall tape is used.

There are many people out there who think picking up supplies is easy and time is free for picking up the supplies and time starts only at your place of residence.
